Overview

Creative Support is a large and successful not‑for‑profit social care charity, supporting over 6,000 vulnerable adults nationally, and a provider of social housing.

This role is an opportunity to be part of our large finance team based in Stockport.

Your work will focus on identifying receipts into our bank accounts and ensuring that these are correctly coded and allocated on the customers’ accounts, as well as identifying any process changes that will improve our processes.

You will also be trained to work across a range of customer portals and be part of the team responsible for maintaining appropriate oversight of these portals.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Well organised with strong customer service skills.
  • Good IT experience with particular emphasis on MS Excel.
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Eligible to work in the UK; this post will not be open to sponsorship under the UKVI scheme and applicants with Skilled Worker visas will not be accepted.
