Overview
Creative Support is a not-for-profit organisation that provides high‑quality, person‑centred support to people with physical disabilities, learning disabilities, mental health needs and dementia.
The role is based in culturally diverse Brent and involves operational management of three extra‑care services: Beechwood Court (Wembley), Tulsi House (Sudbury) and Harrod Court (Kingsbury).
Responsibilities
- Lead operational management for Beechwood Court, Tulsi House and Harrod Court.
- Collaborate with Social Services and other stakeholders to ensure the highest care standards.
- Provide or support person‑centred care and maintain an empowering service for clients and their families.
- Deliver at least two shifts per week and be available to work weekends when required.
- Support clients with personal care, domestic tasks and access to work, education and social opportunities.
Qualifications
- Previous practitioner or management experience in services for older people, dementia or memory loss.
- Warm, person‑centred, respectful approach with flexible, energetic and reliable attitude.
- Relevant professional qualification (e. g. Diploma in Social Work, RMN/RGN, NVQ 4/5) and/or a degree or post‑graduate qualification.
- Eligible to work in the UK and not requiring sponsorship.
