We are a nationwide charity providing support and care to older people in the vibrant boroughs of Brent and Harrow. We are seeking a highly motivated individual who has the ability to develop and co-ordinate a stimulating and relevant range of activities for our clients. You will be developing activities in a collaborative manner ensuring that they meet clients’ goals, improve their wellbeing and enhance social inclusion.
Responsibilities

Requirements / Qualifications
- You must be a proactive and creative person with the patience and warmth required when working in social care.
- You will be approachable, with a kind and effervescent disposition.
- You must be able to work alone using your own initiative as well as enjoying working in a team environment.
- Knowledge of the local community in Brent and Harrow will be advantageous.
Location and Hours
- You will be based across our services in Brent and Harrow.
- Working hours will be spread across 3-4 days a week, generally within the hours of 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
- There will be an expectation to work on some evenings and weekends, so flexibility will be required.
