We are seeking calm, resourceful, and energetic individuals who are highly motivated, hardworking, and keen to support older adults in a proactive and holistic manner. As a key member of our team, you will possess strong skills in positive communication and engagement, demonstrating unconditional positive regard for all our service users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care and support with domestic tasks.
  • Assist individuals in accessing work, education and social opportunities.
  • Work flexibly on a roster basis, including evenings.
