The predicted salary is between 25000 - 32000 £ per year.

Your goal is to discover the needs of the organisation and deliver a range of tailored learning programmes for the Delivery Team, with whom you will team up to deliver learning in field locations and from the office as appropriate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and plan training for teams across Harrow, Camden, Barnet, Westminster, Wandsworth and Brent.
  • Support operational matters and develop services across the region.
  • Collaborate across the organisation on a variety of projects.
  • Travel to services throughout London; occasional weekend or evening work may be required.
  • Act as a main point of contact for the Archway Office while maintaining independent initiative.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduation or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general IT skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication, with a warm and helpful telephone manner.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a supportive team and independently.
