Your goal is to discover the needs of the organisation and deliver a range of tailored learning programmes for the Delivery Team, with whom you will team up to deliver learning in field locations and from the office as appropriate.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and plan training for teams across Harrow, Camden, Barnet, Westminster, Wandsworth and Brent.
- Support operational matters and develop services across the region.
- Collaborate across the organisation on a variety of projects.
- Travel to services throughout London; occasional weekend or evening work may be required.
- Act as a main point of contact for the Archway Office while maintaining independent initiative.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduation or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general IT skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication, with a warm and helpful telephone manner.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a supportive team and independently.
