We are seeking warm-hearted, adaptable, and driven Extra Care Support Workers to join our brand new Hattersley, Tameside Extra Care Service. Our mission is to enable older adults to enjoy a vibrant and independent lifestyle.
As a member of our team, you will:
- Offer respectful personal care, as well as practical and emotional support to older adults
- Enhance clientsβ quality of life by promoting their independence and encouraging an active, fulfilling lifestyle
- Work in partnership with clients, their families, and other professionals to deliver a consistent and coordinated service
No prior experience is necessary for this role. What matters most is having a warm, caring, and respectful personality. We welcome applications from experienced practitioners, graduates, and individuals eager to begin a career in social care.
