Creative Support is a national, fast growing not-for-profit organisation providing support to individuals with a wide range of care needs. We have a new exciting role for a Senior Support Worker to join our team in Coppull, Chorley. We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to work at our supported living service for adults with a learning disability, physical needs and support needs. The role will be to provide consistent, positive support. Each person holds their own tenancy and is supported to achieve independence and outcome-focused goals within their own person centred plan.
