We are excited to offer a role of female senior support worker, in a 24 hour supported Accommodation. Supporting adult females (18+) who have severe and enduring mental health diagnosis, resulting in care and support needs. The service provides 24 hour support which requires staff to fulfil sleep in’s as part of rota hours. Additional to the sleep in’s there is also a waking night each night, with a dedicated waking night team. We are seeking a enthusiastic, inclusive, organised and caring individual with leadership qualities to support people to achieve greater independence. The aim to work intensely with women to achieve move on using trauma informed care, recovery and person centred practices. You will ensure a high standard of quality of life for the people supported working in collaboration with the women receiving a service as well as in partnership with agencies involved in the woman’s support and care planning. This post is an ideal opportunity to become involved in the delivery of a high quality service, giving real job satisfaction whilst utilising your experience in a senior position.
