Service Administration Officer – Creative Support Ltd

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our not-for-profit organisation as an Administrator.

We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive individual with a graduate or professional background to support operational and administrative output for services that support adults with learning disabilities and older people with support needs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient support to services dedicated to supporting adults with learning disabilities and older people with a range of support needs.
  • Work closely with the Area Manager (Tower Hamlets) in line with the needs of the organisation.
  • Maintain client files in line with CQC standards, including creating and updating staff files and documentation.
  • Assist Registered Managers with additional administration support during and prior to CQC and Local Authority inspections.
  • Complete minutes at a variety of meetings, including HR investigations and disciplinary hearings.
  • Support managers to complete internal audits and spot checks when required.
  • Assist in setting up local training facilities.
  • Get involved in client activities when required.
  • Maintain accurate data entry onto databases, record minutes, and use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Provide excellent customer care skills, a warm and helpful telephone manner, and signpost individuals to the appropriate people.

Qualifications

  • Graduate or professional degree.
  • Highly proactive, well‑organised and able to multi‑task to meet competing deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written English.
  • Interest in working in a not‑for‑profit, health and social care sector.
  • Experience with administrative support for CQC or local authority inspections (desirable).
