Creative Support are looking for resourceful and passionate individuals who are willing to go the extra mile to join our friendly team. At our service in Altrincham, Trafford, we provide personalized support to individuals with learning disabilities. We are recruiting support workers from all walks of life, with a passion for providing person-centered, respectful care. The ideal candidate will be creative, energetic and adaptable. Strong communication skills are a key requirement of this role, as is the ability to demonstrate unconditional positive regard towards the people we support.

As a Support Worker, your role will focus on making a positive impact on the lives of those we support, while building warm and trusting relationships. You will work safely and independently within the homes of those we support, assisting with housing management tasks and performing general administrative tasks.

Essential Requirements:

  • A minimum of 12 months of previous care experience is essential for this role
  • A clean driving license and willingness to drive service users' cars
  • Strong knowledge of the local community.

As a member of Creative Support Bank Staff, you'll have access to our free app to pick up shifts across the country and get essential service information, including directions. Plus, you'll be paid weekly!
