This Business Coordinator role is based at our London Office and supports the Service Director in overseeing services across London and Essex.

Responsibilities

  • Complete a variety of tasks allocated by the Service Director
  • Undertake rota checks to ensure all commissioned hours are delivered
  • Monitor overtime for staff
  • Prepare invoicing schedules for the finance team to reflect frontline delivery
  • Monitor financial performance of services against budgets
  • Plan and support interviews
  • Work with the Recruitment Team to ensure roles are advertised
  • Write job packs and adverts to fill vacancies
  • Monitor agency expenditure against local and national KPIs
  • Work with the central Bank Team to agree agency bookings
  • Help set up new services

Qualifications and skills

  • An approachable and warm manner with excellent customer care skills is essential.
  • The role requires an individual with strong numerical proficiency, excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate financial records and service invoicing.
  • Proficiency in data entry, minute taking, and use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is necessary.
  • A proactive, well-organised, resilient and enthusiastic attitude will enable you to work independently and as part of a team.

Employment details

Full-time, based in North London with frequent travel to other parts of London and Essex.
