Creative Support is a not-for-profit organisation which provides high quality, person-centred support to people with learning disabilities and other support needs. The support we offer is tailored to the individual client's needs and wants, whilst encouraging independence and community engagement. This role will be will be providing individualised person centred support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs or forensic histories within a bespoke, purpose built flagship Transforming Care Service in Braintree, Essex.
