Do you have the commitment and positive values to make a difference to people’s lives? Do you want to play a crucial role in supporting people in their time of need? This particular service supports individuals by listening non-judgementally and implementing person centred interventions in order to alleviate the demand on A&E departments, offering a more suitable environment to de-escalate and recuperate.

The Talking Space will operate out of our Northfield Hub, Thursday to Sunday from 6pm-11pm. A willingness to work flexibly according to the needs of the service is essential.

Creative Support is a non-profit organisation which provides high quality person centred social care services for people with learning disabilities, mental health and other needs. We are looking for adaptable person-centred individuals who are well motivated, hardworking and keen to join our friendly team. This role offers unique and challenging opportunities bringing great job satisfaction to those who are looking to make a positive difference to the lives of others.

We provide relevant Crisis Intervention training such as Suicide Prevention and Psychologically Informed Environments as well as access to accredited health and social care diplomas through our own training academy.
