We have volunteer opportunities available at Oakley, Bedford. We are a residential care service for adults with learning disabilities, currently looking for people who are enthusiastic, reliable and committed, to join our team to volunteer and help deliver fun and engaging sessions.

Do you know your way around the kitchen? Would you like to share your baking skills? We have volunteer opportunities available for you to teach our residents cooking skills, anything from a pizza, a pasta bake, or even a cake.

Do you have green fingers? We have a lovely garden here at our service and we’d like someone to help us maintain our sensory garden for us to enjoy during the Spring and Summer months.

We are also looking for activities assistants to help create and deliver arts and crafts sessions, including games, painting, and general crafty fun.

As a volunteer with Creative Support we offer training for your role, access to a volunteer supervisor, an induction, a monthly Volunteer newsletter, and an online volunteer’s peer support group. Together we can make a difference.
