We are looking for a highly motivated HR professional to lead a dedicated HR advice and support team. The team advises and supports managers and staff across the organisation to maximize performance and the positive impact of our people. You will ensure the HR service is highly responsive to current and future corporate and regional business needs and priorities, working within our Investors in People Platinum‑rated team at Creative Support Head Office.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants should demonstrate significant HR experience and expertise in the areas listed above. You must be able to lead and motivate a team, empower staff, and engage positively with staff and managers at all levels. Strong communication, organisational and reporting skills are essential. A degree or comparable level of education is desirable, and you must hold or be working towards a recognised accredited HR qualification. Excellent written English and strong data‑management abilities are required.

Other Requirements

Willingness to travel to any of our sites and offices across the country is essential, though car driving is not required. While duties are mainly performed during Monday to Friday office hours, flexibility in working hours is expected. Full‑time and part‑time hours will be considered.
