Creative Support is a not-for-profit organisation which provides high quality, person-centred support to people with learning disabilities and other support needs. The support we offer is tailored to the individual client’s needs and wants, whilst encouraging independence and community engagement. This role will be based at our registered care service in Witham, Essex where we support 6 wonderful individuals. Creative Support is committed to your continuous professional development. As a successful candidate, you will receive full local and corporate induction, and complete a suite of mandatory trainings along with the care certificate. On completion of your probationary period, you will automatically be enrolled onto the NVQ level 3 diploma in Health and Social Care. You will have access to ongoing professional development from our training offices in London and Reading, and the opportunity to discuss your training and development needs during regular supervision and appraisal meetings.
