Join our team in Wakefield as a Waking Night Support Worker and provide essential care and support during the night. As a Waking Night Support Worker, you will provide overnight supervision and support to individuals with learning disabilities, ensuring their safety and well-being. You will assist with personal care needs, including hygiene, dressing, and mobility support. Monitoring and responding to any health or emotional needs throughout the night, maintaining accurate records of activities and incidents during the night shift and working collaboratively with daytime staff to ensure continuity of care is also part of the role.
