Our new Tameside Extra Care Service in Hattersley is a modern, 91-apartment complex providing independent living support for older adults. As a key member of our team, you will assist the Team Leader and Management in delivering an empowering service that meets the needs of our clients, while fostering a positive atmosphere in collaboration with service users\’ families and friends. Flexibility, energy, and reliability are essential qualities for this role. Embracing all aspects of the role, from providing personal care and domestic support to helping individuals access work, education, and social opportunities you will provide valued support via the unique personal skills and interests you bring in order to enrich the lives of those we support. Working on a roster basis, your role will include evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins. Previous experience in caring for vulnerable adults is essential, but more than anything, we seek individuals with gumption and a can-do attitude.
