Oracle EBS-Financials Functional Consultant - Onsite

Job Responsibilities:

1. Deliver enhancements and change requests.
2. Should have prior experience as an Oracle EBS Finance consultant (covering AP, AR, GL modules).
3. Lead the design, build, test, and deploy solutions for projects.
4. Handle extended production support activities.
5. Create system-related functional documentation for Oracle EBS.
6. Drive process efforts by participating in workshops, designing, and communicating technical solutions.
7. Provide guidance to other business analysts on best practices aligned with development standards and processes.
8. Manage and work with freshers to augment their abilities or skill sets.
9. Coordinate with key business users on a weekly basis.
10. Analyze custom functions with respect to finance modules.
11. Configure systems as per business needs.
12. Estimate time for new development tasks.
13. Participate in project planning, execution, and requirement gathering with the project leadership team.
