A brand new post to provide strategic leadership for our growing museum and visual arts teams and development of high quality museums and galleries
Innovation and creativity will drive your Strategic Leadership of our Museum and Arts team. The focus for this team is to develop and deliver high profile venues, exhibitions, programmes and projects that are ambitious and outward facing, whilst maximising the impact on our customers and visitors. Your leadership will ensure that the facilities within your remit are dynamic and vibrant, are respectful to their heritage and culture, whilst responding to modern trends and aspirations. Across the team, you will also develop sustainable pathways that encourage lifelong participation in the arts. Venues within the portfolio include Dean Castle, the Dick Institute, the Baird Institute and Burns House Museum.
Salary: £55,201 – £60,315 per year pro rata
Contract Type: Permanent
Position Type: Full Time
Hours: 35 hours per week
