The Edinburgh International Festival is looking for an experienced, passionate and dedicated Social Media & Content Manager to join the Communications and Digital team.

We want you to help us deliver this unparalleled celebration of the performing arts, which brings some of the most exciting and creative artists working today to audiences from around the world.

You'll lead the Festival's presence across all of our social media channels, building brand awareness and moving audiences down the funnel towards deeper engagement. You'll tell the stories behind our programme, our community engagement, and our access initiatives. You'll also lead a small team of freelance content creators, scaling up in the lead-up to and during the Festival, and work closely with the Website & Email Manager, Head of Communications and Digital, and the wider Communications and Digital team to keep our brand voice consistent everywhere our audiences find us.
£34,000 to £40,000 per annum
Permanent contract
35 hours per week, by agreement within standard office hours of 9.30 to 17.30, Monday to Friday. At peak times, and particularly immediately before and during the Festival, it will be necessary to work outside standard hours and at weekends. However the working hours will not exceed the working time directive.
