Vanishing Point is seeking an experienced and imaginative Producer to play a central role in Vanishing Point’s artistic and organisational life.
As a key member of our small, collaborative core team, you will work closely with the Artistic Director and Executive Producer, helping to shape the company’s creative vision and future direction.
The Producer will combine creative thinking with excellent organisational and administrative skills and a sharp attention to detail, confidently balancing strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery. You will lead on all Produced by Us projects and artist development initiatives, taking ownership from concept through to delivery, while also supporting the Executive Producer on ambitious, main‑stage, international co‑productions.
This role offers genuine influence, variety and creative agency within a nurturing and supportive environment that values curiosity, collaboration and professional development.
Location: Vanishing Point Office, Glasgow
Salary: £38,000 – £40,000 p.a. (depending on experience)
Contract: Permanent, full time
Hours: 37.5 hours a week, Mon‑Fri. Evening & weekend work may be required
