Creative Scotland seeks two compassionate and creative Assistant Drama Facilitators to support inclusive workshops for adults with learning disabilities and mental health challenges in rural Ayrshire. This part-time freelance role pays £125 per day for up to 6 hours weekly over 20 weeks, November 2026 to March 2027.
You will assist the Lead Facilitator, deliver drama-based activities, and help create welcoming, accessible workshops that nurture autonomy and confidence.
