An Tobar and Mull Theatre is seeking an experienced Project & Operations Manager to oversee our building. This is a hands-on, people-centred role for someone who loves making buildings, projects and organisations run smoothly. You’ll be leading on capital works, overseeing our spaces, managing suppliers and helping ensure everything behind the scenes supports the creative work we do.

Location: Isle of Mull (with some hybrid working)

Contract: 0.7 FTE

Salary: £34,000 per year
