The predicted salary is between 11 - 16 £ per hour.

Assist with the administration and delivery of the Tattoo guest list, supporting and logging the compilation of guest details and successful issuing of guest invitations via a digital CRM system.

Duration
This is a temporary position available between 7 April – 3 September 2026. The normal working week from April to July is a minimum of 35 hours: Monday to Friday, between 09:00-17:00. During August there will be an expectation to work 42 hours: Monday to Saturday, between 10:00-18:00.

Key Duties

  • Assist with the delivery of the Tattoo guest list – supporting in the compilation of guest details and successful issuing of guest invites
  • Handling email enquiries relating to the Tattoo guest list
  • Allocation and subsequent issue of tickets and event itineraries
  • Support in the final reporting on guest list attendance
  • As required, offering support to Box Office and Hospitality sales and delivery functions

Essential Criteria

  • Previous experience of, and a genuine desire to, work in a customer interactive environment
  • Hardworking and reliable with a flexible approach
  • The ability to work under pressure and without supervision, while prioritising workload
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good IT skills
