The Audio Story Company is looking for a brilliant Stage Manager to join the team for our upcoming festive production, touring to schools and community spaces in Falkirk.

We make theatre differently.

Our work brings together immersive audio, physical performance, clowning, magic and audience interaction. We are passionate about making theatre that is imaginative, accessible, welcoming and genuinely memorable. We’re looking for a Stage Manager who can help us make that magic happen.

The Stage Manager will work closely with performers, creatives, technicians and venues to ensure performances are safe, organised, technically sound and — most importantly — brilliant for the audience.

We’re looking for someone who is versatile, adaptable and enjoys finding creative solutions. You’ll need to be comfortable working with live performance and technology, and excited by the particular challenges and possibilities of working within a devised process.

Start Date: 9th November 2026

End Date: 14th December 2026

Fee: £700 per week

Weekly Working Hours: 40

Rehearsals are in Glasgow. Performances are in Falkirk (travel to Falkirk is paid in addition to fee).

The deadline is Wednesday 30 September 2026 at 19:00.
