We are seeking an experienced and highly organised individual to coordinate all aspects of the RCS Agency from booking and logistical coordination through to client aftercare, facilitating employment opportunities and generating income for the Conservatoire. The postholder will play a key role in supporting student professional development while enhancing the profile of the Conservatoire through high-quality external engagements.
Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for maintaining strong relationships with a wide range of external agencies, with the aim of increasing employment opportunities for students and securing engagements that promote both the students and the Conservatoire.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Proven experience in event, artist and/or project management.
- Experience of financial tracking, budgeting and reporting.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, pressurised environment, managing heavy workloads and meeting deadlines.
This is a fixed-term maternity cover position, during which the postholder will assume full responsibility for the role. There may be a requirement for occasional external working and out of hours and weekends to fulfil this post.
