Birds of Paradise Theatre Company is seeking maternity cover for a Young Artists Development Officer to support a group of 12 disabled young creatives (18–25) as they develop their April 2027 production.
The role provides dramaturgy, directing, design or creative producing support, with weekly sessions from January to March 2027 and into production week in April. 2 days per week, some evenings, Glasgow.
