Agile City CIC is delighted to announce an exciting new opportunity for a Community Coordinator to join us on a 12-month fixed term contract.
Our ambition is to foster a thriving community of members who utilise our co-working and studio spaces, ensuring a hospitable atmosphere for all clients and guests.
The Community Coordinator is at the heart of this experience, responsible for both building meaningful connections between members and leading how we tell our story, communicate our impact, and share content about our services and activities.
This role is aimed at early to mid-career applicant seeking to expand their skills within the cultural and events sector.

- Digital native: Expert knowledge of social media platforms, with experience engaging audiences and customers with self-produced content

Terms:
- 37.5 hours per week
- 5 days / 8 hours per day, 8:15am start - 4:15pm finish Monday - Friday (note: 30 minute unpaid lunch break per day)
- There is a requirement for flexibility and some work out of hours in the evenings and/or weekends - covered by time off in lieu, or overtime
- Fixed term contract - 12 months (November 2026 - November 2027)
- Annual leave - 28 days pro rata (1FTE) and 4 well-being days
- Pension - auto enrolment into Nest pension scheme at 3%
- Β£27,000 pro-rata (1FTE)
