We are looking for an Executive Producer to undertake a programme of strategic planning and company development with our Artistic Director, initially for a 6-month period up to the end of this year.

The Executive Producer will be a self-motivated, imaginative and well-organised individual with good communication skills and experience of financial management, developing partnerships and, ideally, managing projects within the arts.

This is a varied, enjoyable and important role at the heart of one of Scotland’s leading independent theatre companies as we look to ensure a productive and healthy future for the company and for professional theatre in the Highlands & Islands.
