Event Crewing is one of the most rewarding and varied jobs available. We work at hundreds of renowned venues across the country, providing crew for a range of work, including unloading and loading trucks, event building, staging build, AV sound & lighting tech, show calls, artist turnarounds, plant operators, as well as a lot of other things.

Working hours are varied & flexible for you to work how you want when you want. Working as an event crew involves a continuous level of physicality.

Working with Five Star means that as you invest time with us, we invest in you by delivering qualifications training such as:

  • Technical equipment training (basic up to Level 3)
  • Plant B1 Qualifications; B1 Counterbalance Forklift, J3 Telehandler 9m, Rough Terrain FL fixed mast
  • First aid at work
  • Construction – CITB Health and Safety Awareness Scheme
  • IPAF 3A / 3B

Starting rate from London £14.85 per hour / Outside of London £13.73 (inclusive of holiday pay per hour and shift bonus per hour).
