Freelance Part-time Administrator (approximately 2-3 days per month) sought to carry out all aspects of administration relating to promoting six Early Music chamber concerts per year in Edinburgh. The Georgian Concert Society is looking for a Part-time Administrator.

Work Includes:

  • Contracting chamber ensembles for six concerts of Early Music in Edinburgh between October and March;
  • Booking venues and keyboard instruments and organising ticketing;
  • Design, print and distribution of season brochure and poster;
  • Maintaining website and social media accounts;
  • Looking after artistes at rehearsal and concert;
  • Producing printed programmes;
  • Completing funding applications and reporting to the committee which meets approximately six times a year in Edinburgh.

This post would suit a musician/administrator with a portfolio career. £3,600 per annum.
