Supporting the Momentum team to plan and arrange meetings, tickets and schedules for arts industry guests from around the world during Edinburgh's August festivals. The Momentum International Industry Co‑ordinator will work closely with the Momentum partners and our visiting international arts industry delegates to arrange delegates’ meetings, tickets and schedules. The role is an important part of a wider team, working to welcome key cultural players from around the world to the Edinburgh Festivals and helping them to get the most out of their visit. It would suit someone with experience of managing complex schedules, great communication skills, and a knowledge of Edinburgh and the festivals.
Working times:
- 6–31 July: 28 hours/week over 4 days between Monday‑Friday 9:30am‑5:30pm, excluding an unpaid 1 hour lunch break.
- 3 August‑4 September: 42 hours/week over 6 days between Monday‑Saturday 9am‑6pm, excluding an unpaid 1 hour lunch break.
