The predicted salary is between 17 - 17 £ per hour.
Hosting arts industry guests from around the world at the Momentum Delegate Centre during Edinburgh's August festivals. The Momentum Events and Delegate Centre Co-ordinator will plan, organise and host events for international delegates and Scotland-based artists at the Momentum Delegate Centre, hosted at the Grassmarket Community Project in Edinburgh. They will be responsible for liaison with the venue and the key point of contact for all Momentum activity in the Delegate Centre. The role is an important part of a wider team, working to welcome key cultural players from around the world to the Edinburgh Festivals. It would suit someone with experience in events or hospitality, and experience, or an interest, in the arts.
Working times:
- 6-31 July: 28 hours/week over 4 days between Monday-Friday 9.30am-5.30pm, excluding an unpaid 1 hour lunch break.
- 3 August-4 September: 42 hours/week over 6 days between Monday-Saturday 9am-6pm, excluding an unpaid 1 hour lunch break.
