We are looking for a highly organised and detail‑driven individual to coordinate all stages of our Funding Programmes, including both Open Fund and Targeted applications. You will manage applications from first receipt through eligibility checks, assessment preparation, and final decision, ensuring each stage is handled efficiently and to a high standard.

In this role, you will provide essential support for Funding Panels by preparing documentation, tracking outcomes, and submitting papers for senior review and approval. You will also maintain accurate records across manual and digital systems, including Microsoft Dynamics/CRM, and oversee payment processing, delivery monitoring, and completion of End of Project reviews.

Clear and professional communication is key, as you will regularly liaise with applicants, colleagues, and external partners. You will also contribute to wider team projects, helping to improve funding policies, processes, and documentation.

We are seeking someone with strong administrative experience and the ability to manage high volumes of information with accuracy. You must be confident using Microsoft Office and Microsoft Dynamics/CRM, and comfortable reviewing budgets and financial information. Strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise and work independently are essential.

If you want to help support creativity across Scotland, we’d love to hear from you. Please send your application to LHH by 12 noon on Monday 6th April 2026.
