About the Royal Highland Centre
RHC is Scotland's largest events venue and welcomes over 1 million visitors a year. In 2024 we hosted over 150 events including Edinburgh Summer Sessions, Scottish Motoring Show, Terminal V, Comic Con, Fawkes Festival, Super Car Experience Days, Truck Fest, Scotland's leading and biggest agricultural Show – the Royal Highland Show and many more across our 280-acre site. Job Purpose
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their experience in marketing and the event industry. As the Digital Marketing Assistant, you'll help drive powerful marketing campaigns across the RHASS group (Royal Highland Show, RHASS and Royal Highland Centre). You'll develop and execute creative marketing ideas, craft engaging content that resonates with ticket purchasers, RHASS Members and events, and help drive ticket sales. You will work collaboratively across the full Royal Highland Show Team, RHASS and our Royal Highland Centre venue team.
What You'll Do
- Work with the Marketing Manager to plan, develop and execute marketing campaigns across the Royal Highland Show, RHASS and Royal Highland Centre.
- Develop engaging and creative content schedules for social media, website, and email marketing across all three brands.
- Manage all social media channels, website and email, ensuring consistent tone and branding.
- Deliver campaign reporting, measuring performance of social media and digital marketing campaigns, and provide recommendations for future campaigns.
- Oversee the development of the RHASS app, ensuring it is up-to-date and used to its full potential.
- Develop and maintain relationships with the wider team, stakeholders and key agencies.
- Undertake other activities to support the Marketing Manager as required.
What You'll Bring

- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure and multi‐task to meet deadlines.
