Project X is seeking two Co-Directors who identify as Black and/or of Black descent to work with us in an exciting period of creativity and growth. The Project X Co-Director (Operations Lead) will focus on operational management of the organisation, including day to day administration, HR, Finance and recruitment. The Co-Director will oversee the operational running of Project X, including people management (HR and team administration), finance, and communications.
The ideal candidate will be an attentive listener and strong communicator who has an adept ability to hold responsibility and collaborate across a range of areas. These role responsibilities are additional to the joint Co-Director responsibilities.
Could suit someone with experience/skills as a Company Manager, Producer, Curator, Administrator, Project Manager, Book-Keeper.
Pay: £41k pro-rata with 3% Employer Pension contribution
Job Tenure: 3 days (22.5 hours per week)
Fixed term contract: As an organisation we support flexible working hours. Usual working day being 9.30am - 5.30pm. As part of this role, there may be some evening or weekend work required (such as attending events).
