As Assistant Venue Manager You will be joining the operational management teams at the Glasgow Royal Concert Hall, City Halls/Old Fruitmarket and Kelvingrove Bandstand.

The role
As an Assistant Venue Manager, you’ll be an integral part of the team by contributing to the successful operational management of our venues. Reporting to the Venue Manager you will be working alongside an established team.
The candidate
If you’re interested in joining us as an Assistant Venue Manager you’ll need:
• Experience in a venue management related position
• Experience of supervising the work of a team, allocating staff as appropriate and monitoring results
• Experience of events management including duty management, planning for events, and managing health and safety
• Good communication, customer service and influencing skills

This role involves working flexible shifts including evenings and weekends to meet the demands of the service.
