Assembly Theatre Ltd is seeking a dynamic and passionate individual to support the technical management of Assembly’s beloved year-round home. Assembly operates the Assembly Roxy on a year-round basis providing Edinburgh with a multi-functional arts centre, with spaces to rent for theatrical, wedding, personal and corporate needs as well as setting the standard for theatre, comedy and entertainment on the Edinburgh Festival Fringe.
Working with Assembly's Management Team, the Roxy Production Manager will focus on working with the Roxy General Manager to accommodate and present the commercial and non-commercial events, theatre work, music concerts and other shows within the Roxy throughout the year. During the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, the role will focus on supporting the Programming and Technical teams in the delivery of the Festival shows in the Roxy spaces as well as Checkpoint, and being the primary technical point of contact for each of the incoming companies.
The position is based in Assembly Roxy, Edinburgh, though some home working and flexible working patterns may be considered.
Hours: Evening and weekend work will be required. The employee is entitled to twenty-five days leave per year, plus eight public holidays, at such time as agreed in advance. 40 hours weekly.
Salary: £32,000 per annum, paid monthly.
