We’re recruiting a young person to join Performance Collective Scotland at an exciting point of growth. This is a paid, 6-month internship supporting finance, events, governance and funding development — right at the heart of a national performing arts collective.

We’re looking for confidence with numbers, organisation, and curiosity — not formal finance qualifications. “Finance experience” could mean managing your own budget, handling money in a part‑time job, tracking spending in a spreadsheet, supporting fundraising, or processing invoices.

If you’re based in Dumfries & Galloway and want real responsibility, mentoring, and hands‑on experience in how arts organisations actually run — we’d love to hear from you.

Priority given to applicants in Dumfries & Galloway. Potential extension subject to funding.

The post is offered at 16 hours per week, with a salary of ÂŁ933 per month (ÂŁ11,190 per annum pro rata), aligned with the UK Real Living Wage (outside London).
