We are looking for a dynamic Assistant Bar Manager to lead our team with enthusiasm, ensuring our guests have a fantastic time. The role aims to assist the Bar Manager on leading the bar team in delivering exceptional service at all times and creating innovative beverage experiences for the guests. As an Assistant Bar Manager, you will also coach and advise all employees on departmental standards and create a professional, proactive working environment which promotes good employee morale, inspires the team to a high level of commitment and gives the opportunity for personal development and progress within the department.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of bartenders, ensuring high standards of professionalism, service and product knowledge are met at all times.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the bar staff's skills and knowledge.
- Assist the Bar Manager with sourcing and selecting premium spirits, wines, sake, and other beverages, maintaining an inventory of high-quality products in accordance with the group direction of suppliers.
- Be constantly up-to-date on industry trends and developments to continuously elevate the bar program and offerings.
- Oversee the bar operations, including but not limited to inventory management, stock ordering, and maintenance of equipment.
