£47,000 – £48,000 (Tronc & Salary) + Additional Monthly Tips + 5–6 weeks paid holiday | Saturdays & Sundays off.

Endo at Rotunda is on the path to a second Michelin star. This is your chance to work directly with Michelin-starred chef Endo Kazutoshi, a third-generation sushi master with an unmatched dedication to craft, precision and hospitality.

We’re building something exceptional — and we’re looking for a world-class Sous Chef to help lead the way.

What we’re offering:

• 5–6 weeks paid holiday, including two full weeks off in December
• Every Saturday & Sunday off (Nearly always)

What you\’ll be responsible for:

• Leading and inspiring the brigade during service
• Supporting the Head Chef in delivering a world-class food experience
• Managing prep, service and kitchen organisation
• Maintaining consistency and high standards across all sections
• Training and mentoring junior chefs
• Ensuring all health, safety and hygiene protocols are met
• Contributing to menu development and innovation

What we\’re looking for:

• Strong Michelin-star kitchen experience is essential
• Japanese cuisine experience is a bonus, but not essential
• A calm, focused leader with the ability to deliver under pressure
• Someone with serious technical skill, high standards and a drive to improve daily
• Based within commuting distance to White City (near Notting Hill)
• Right to work in the UK is required – we are not able to offer visa sponsorship for this role
