ENDO, the new ten-seat omakase counter from third generation sushi master Endo Kazutoshi, opened in Chelsea in partnership with Creative Restaurant Group. We’re recruiting at Waiter/Waitress or Head Waiter level to deliver calm, warm and knowledgeable service to ten guests per sitting.
As Head Waiter you will lead each service on the floor, guide the team, and act as the main contact for guests and the kitchen. This is an ideal chance to deepen your knowledge of Japanese cuisine, sake and tea.
