Our Client
A well-established independent agency that is continuing to grow, they have some long-standing and loyal clients. They are B-Corp certified which reflects their values and have a very positive approach to their people.
The Role
Supporting an Account Director on one of the agencies largest clients, you’ll work closely with multiple client contacts, as well as internal creative and digital teams. You’ll be at the intersection of every project, and there is scope to take on increasing responsibility as your role develops. Historically this client was strongly print focused, but a growing share of the work going through the agency is now utilising digital channels, so it’s an integrated marketing role with a digital bias. You’ll own the digital elements of client marketing activity, ranging from email and social campaigns, to migrating offline activity to digital channels, as well as helping to develop and continually improve the client’s new website and intranet. The role spends 1-2 days per week working out of the client’s HQ near Manchester, with the rest of the week in the agency office, with occasional home working. The role doesn’t suit someone seeking a fixed hybrid pattern as client and team requirements vary in how this role operates.
You
Ideally, you’ll have a minimum of 3 years’ agency experience, though strong client-side and tactical marketing experience will also be considered. This is a marketing role first and a digital specialism second. Experience of managing and delivering client projects, ideally multi-channel marketing campaigns with digital elements such as email, social, website and intranet. Able to work proactively and independently when required, you’ll have experience working with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail, you’ll be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. You’ll need a driving licence and access to a vehicle.
