Overview
We’re looking for a talented Performance & Growth Manager ready to step up and make their mark. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with a few years’ experience in digital marketing, CRM, and acquisition who’s ready to take on more responsibility and grow into a senior leadership role. You’ll work with ambitious, sustainable DTC and subscription brands helping to shape strategies across paid media, CRM, and customer lifecycle marketing. You won’t be on your own; you’ll have the support of senior leaders and the chance to learn directly from some of the best in the industry.
What you’ll be doing
- Supporting the development of growth strategies across acquisition and retention
- Working hands-on across Meta, Google, and CRM/email campaigns
- Helping to improve customer LTV, reduce churn, and drive conversions
- Building relationships with clients and contributing ideas in key meetings
- Growing into a leadership role with support and mentoring from directors
What we’re looking for
- Around 3–5 years’ experience in performance, CRM, or digital marketing
- Hands-on knowledge of paid social/search and email/CRM
- Strong commercial mindset and curious about how marketing drives growth
- A natural collaborator who wants to learn, progress, and make an impact
