An award-winning digital performance marketing agency is hiring a Performance Creative and Partnerships Manager to lead performance-driven creative and creator partnerships for eCommerce brands. This hybrid role sits at the intersection of creative ideation and performance marketing. You will develop high-performing paid social concepts and manage creators and influencers to bring those ideas to life, using performance insight to guide iteration and scale.
Key responsibilities
- Develop performance-first creative concepts for paid social across Meta, TikTok and emerging platforms
- Translate performance insights into hooks, messaging frameworks and creative hypotheses
- Source, brief and manage creators, influencers and UGC partners
- Own creator relationships and partnership models across client accounts
- Provide structured creative feedback to improve outputs and reduce rework
- Collaborate with paid media, creative strategy and account teams
- Analyse creative performance and feed learnings back into ideation and briefs
Skills and experience
Required:
- Strong experience developing performance creative for paid social
- Proven experience working with creators, influencers or UGC
- Ability to translate data into clear creative direction
- Confidence briefing creators and managing stakeholders
Desirable:
- Experience with influencer whitelisting or paid partnerships
- Familiarity with creative testing frameworks
- Experience working with editors or creative production teams
