We’re working with an award-winning digital marketing agency looking for a Paid Social Executive to join the team.
About the role
An award-winning, certified digital performance marketing agency is seeking a Paid Social Executive to support paid social activity across a portfolio of eCommerce and DTC clients. This is a hands-on, performance-driven role where you will support building, managing and optimising campaigns on platforms such as Meta and TikTok. You will work closely with Paid Social Managers and senior team members, learning how to translate performance data into optimisation actions that improve efficiency and results. This role offers structured training, and clear progression toward more senior Paid Social and Performance roles.
Key responsibilities
- Support setup, management and optimisation of paid social campaigns across Meta and TikTok
- Assist with campaign performance and optimisation
- Analyse performance against key metrics including CPA, ROAS, CTR and LTV
- Learn how to interpret data and use insights to inform optimisation
- Collaborate with designers, editors and creative strategists to improve creative performance
- Report on results and present insights internally
- Support Paid Social Managers with day-to-day account tasks and campaign builds
Skills and experience Required:
- 1–2 years of experience supporting or managing paid social campaigns
- Basic hands-on experience with Meta Ads (TikTok experience desirable)
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with data
- Clear communication skills and willingness to learn
Desirable:
- Experience with TikTok Ads or emerging paid social platforms
- Exposure to eCommerce or DTC brands
- Experience working with creative teams or performance creative testing
