We’re working with a hugely exciting Social Agency in Manchester that’s looking for a New Business Director to join their growing agency and help them to continue on their upward trajectory.

Our Client is a multi-award winning agency that works with some huge consumer brands. They’ve grown quickly since their inception but have a strong culture and values in place of world class work with a good work/life balance.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for identifying, nurturing and securing new clients in both existing verticals and helping them expand into new verticals. Driving new business growth through managing relationships with potential clients, managing lead generation, networking and managing the sales pipelines through to leading pitches and presentations. You’ll have responsibility for the entire sales process from initial contact to onboarding. The role will work closely with the agency leaders to craft strategies that cement their position as an industry leader.

You

You’ll have a minimum of 5+ years in a sales/new business development role, ideally within agencies or high growth environments. A proven track record of securing high value new clients, you’ll have a relationship and data driven approach to business development, as well as excellent presentation and communication skills, in particular around engaging with senior stakeholders. Entrepreneurial and highly motivated, you’ll thrive on exceeding revenue targets. This role will focus exclusively on client acquisition.
