Are you a creative designer looking to make your mark in the B2B world? Our client is an award-winning Manchester-based creative agency, with a strong base of B2B client who value creativity. As a Midweight Designer, you’ll play a key role in shaping brands, websites and campaigns for global clients. You’ll work closely with the Head of Creative and wider team to deliver bold, strategic design work that makes B2B anything but boring.
What you’ll do
- Lead design direction on brand, website and campaign projects.
- Develop high-quality creative concepts and assets across digital and print.
- Present and explain your creative thinking to clients and internal teams.
- Manage multiple projects while maintaining design excellence.
- Produce campaign assets, sales collateral, exhibition materials, and more.
What we’re looking for
- Around 3+ years’ design experience (ideally agency-side, but open to in-house backgrounds too).
- Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- A portfolio that shows both creative flair and strategic design thinking.
- Confidence in working directly with clients and presenting your ideas.
- An eye for detail, plus the ability to juggle multiple projects with ease.
- Bonus: Experience in Figma, video editing or motion (Nice to have, but they can help you sharpen these.)
