Our Client is a leading developer and supplier of consumer products to top retailers and brands in the UK and globally. They’ve grown significantly in recent years and are passionate about nurturing talent within a diverse and collaborative environment. Based just off the M60 and along tram links, they work 5 days based in their HQ/studio.
The Role: This role works alongside the Head of Marketing and is a hands-on role where you’ll work across a number of their brands, as well as with major UK and global brands on partnership activity. You’ll lead on day-to-day social media activity, support on PR activity, and take an active part in campaign planning and delivery, retail activations, influencer activity, and events. This is a broad and varied role where you will manage projects from strategy, ideation, and briefing through to execution, whilst working alongside their creative and content teams.
You: They are looking for someone with a minimum of 2 years in a marketing communications, social media, or PR role. Agency experience would be a positive due to the number of relationships involved in the role. Strong copywriting skills are needed across a range of formats, as well as hands-on social media management experience, from developing content strategy, some content creation skills through to scheduling, community management, and reporting. Any experience or familiarity with media relations, press office activity, and influencer marketing would be advantageous. We’re looking for a confident communicator who is a self-starter and calm under pressure, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving business.
